All eight modules work on both plans. Free gives you 1 workspace with 2 desks, enough to try it with real clients. Pro raises that to 5 workspaces with 10 desks in each, and removes the "Powered by Desk FT" tag your clients see.

Correct. Pro is one flat fee for up to 10 desks in each of your 5 workspaces — not a price per client. We think charging per client incentivises the wrong thing — you'd hesitate to spin up a desk for a small job. We'd rather you create a desk for every client. If you genuinely outgrow 50 desks, email us and we'll sort something out.

Your client sees your workspace branding — your colour, your logo, your desk name. On Pro the small "Powered by Desk FT" line is removed. On Free it stays. Either way, it looks like your product, not a generic tool.

No. Your client can open their desk in a web browser, or use the free Desk FT app for iPhone or Android, which also gives them push notifications. Either way they see your branding. You can run everything from the app or from your computer at app.deskft.com.

Pro is $19.99 CAD a month (US$14.99 in the US; other countries see their local price), billed through the App Store or Google Play, whichever you subscribe with. You subscribe in the iPhone or Android app; the web version uses the same account. Cancel any time in your store account and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
